Eligibility

Associate Members: $50

Open to all persons who support the mission and vision of BPA to include: nonprofit consultants, philanthropic grantmaking consultants, giving circle members and other individual donors. Associate members do not have the right of vote and are not eligible to hold a seat as an officer or director of BPA. 

Individual Members: $75

Open to all persons who support the mission and vision of BPA to include: professional staff, directors, trustees, board members and committee members of nonprofit organizations, grantmaking institutions and philanthropic reform or grantmaking support organizations. Individual members have the right of vote and shall be eligible to hold a seat as an officer or director of BPA.

Founding Nonprofit Institutional Members: $500 

Open to all nonprofit organizations in support of the mission and vision of BPA. Nonprofit institutional member organizations may designate a given number of staff and/or trustees as individual members of BPA. Those designated by the institution to be individual members must meet the criteria listed above under individual member. Those designated as individual members by their institution will have the right to vote and shall be eligible to hold a seat as an officer or director of BPA. (Please note: This discounted fee for founding nonprofit institutional members is good for the first year only.)

Philanthropic Institutional Members: $3,000 minimum 

Open to all foundations, grantmaking institutions, corporate giving programs and philanthropic support and reform organizations in support of the mission and vision of BPA. Philanthropic institutional member organizations may designate a given number of staff and/or trustees as individual members of BPA. Those designated by the institution to be individual members must meet the criteria listed above under individual member. Those designated as individual members by their institution will have the right to vote and shall be eligible to hold a seat as an officer or director of BPA.
